Description

The strong performance of the SA 213 T9 Tube in most high-temperature and high-pressure applications has made it an important material in such systems. These tubes are made of seamless austenitic alloys manufactured from materials with outstanding chemical composition, including carbon, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, potassium, sulfur, and silicon. This combination gives the T9 tubes excellent mechanical properties, which enable their performance under extreme conditions without the loss of integrity.

One of the features that give this tube such excellent strength is its hardness, rated 89 Rockwell. A high degree of Rockwell hardness, combined with good resistance to corrosion and oxidation, enables these tubes to work out very successfully in various industries. Material T9 Tube is designed for durability, hence offering outstanding tear and fatigue properties.

Seamless tube ASTM A213 T9 has excellent impact strength because of its method of processing, in which a single billet improves its strength in structure. The tensile strength of the SA 213 T9 Tube is 415 MPa, and the yield strength is 205 MPa. This specification can be used in a wide range of industries that involve power plants, chemical industries, and refineries of gases and oil.
